HOW TO ORDER PRODUCTSORDER ONLINE1. Browse Product Catalogue and order your item/s online. 2. You may place your order online then email artwork or text/graphics/logo, etc. and state your order number in the Subject line. ORDER VIA EMAIL 1. Browse Product Catalogue then contact us by email or phone if you have any questions. We welcome your enquiry if you have any questions. WHAT OUR PRICES INCLUDE Prices include engraving, GST, general artwork, different categories or names on each item (ie. you can have different award recipient names or different categories on each award for no extra charge). Note: General artwork means basic artwork which takes no longer than 1/2 hours to create. Artwork charges may apply to photographs, logo which require conversion to an "etchable" format and more than 2 artwork proof revisions. ARTWORK PROOF An artwork proof will be forwarded within 2 working days to ensure we have all details correct before engraving. QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
Discounts may apply for larger orders of over 5 awards or 20 glassware items. Contact us for a quote.
TURNAROUND TIMES We pride ourselves on getting items to you as quickly as possible. If you need something quickly just let us know and we will endeavour to get it to you in time. DELIVERY METHOD Courier may be used instead of Australia Post to ensure safe delivery of glass items. PROVIDING LOGO AND PICTURES Logos, pictures, clipart should be provided in 100% black and white. Black areas will be etched, white areas will remain clear. If you cannot provide in black and white, email them through as they are and I will let you know if they can be converted for engraving and if any additional costs would aply. PHOTOGRAPHS Scan photos in colour at 300dpi and email through, or provide original photograph.
